For sellers, this inspection provides you and your agent with extremely valuable information prior to listing the property. Knowing potential major issues in the home can protect you at the time of negotiations. We also can offer advice on the priority of recommended repairs.
For current owners, we will inspect these major components of your home, with a focus on your family's health and safety. We will let you know of needed repairs, the components' overall condition, and the priority in which to make the repairs.
Our reports are color coded, with photos, and easy to understand. You will receive your report within 24 hours of your appointment.
The cost of this inspection is $300 for single family homes and $500 for 2/3 family homes.
