WHY DO I NEED A HOME INSPECTION?
There is a lot at stake buying a new home. Having the knowledge and security knowing what is in good condition and what issues may be costly to repair is very important. I thoroughly examine all of the components of the home and provide a detailed written report, with pictures, within 24 hours.

CAN WE JOIN YOU DURING THE INSPECTION?
Absolutely! I encourage all of my clients and their real estate agent to attend the inspection and be at my side for the entire process. This is your opportunity to ask questions, learn about your new home, and to get advice on home maintenance and things to monitor down the road.
WHAT AREAS OF THE HOME ARE INSPECTED?
Everything! We provide inspection reports that are broken down into easy to read and understand sections: Roof, Exterior, Structure, Heating, Cooling, Electrical, Insulation/Ventilation, Plumbing, Interior, and Fireplaces. We do not use checklists that are challenging to separate important issues from minutiae.
WHERE DO WE INSPECT?
Our service area is southeast Massachusetts (All areas south of Braintree, Worcester to Wareham) and all of Rhode Island.
ARE YOU LICENSED?
Yes. I am a fully licensed home inspector in MA and RI.
HOW DO YOU INSPECT ROOFS?
If I cannot safely get on a roof, I use drones to take high resolution pictures of the roofing material, chimney, flashing, vents, etc. These pictures are downloaded directly into your report.
WILL YOU GO INTO ATTICS AND CRAWL SPACES?
Attics and crawl spaces are an important part of your home's inspection. If I can physically fit into the opening, and it is safe to do so, I do!
